This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, how it is stored and protected, and how you can reach us about it. In effect since 1 January 2022; last updated 1 January 2025.

2. What we collect, and why

• Business enquiries (contact and quote forms, AI assistant, callback and WhatsApp requests): name, email, phone, company and your message — used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Job applications (careers portal): the details you submit — identity and contact information, date of birth, education, work history and expected compensation, your résumé, photograph and certificates, and optionally your Aadhaar card, driving licence and LinkedIn profile URL — used solely for recruitment: screening, contacting you, scheduling interviews and making offers.
• Job-alert subscriptions: your email (and optionally phone and preferred department) — used solely to notify you of matching openings. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Analytics: used only to count visits and see which pages and products are viewed, in aggregate — never to profile individual visitors or sell data.

We collect no payment information on this website. Nothing on this site asks for, or stores, card, bank or UPI details.

3. How your data is protected

• All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Your data is stored on secure servers located in Mumbai, India — it does not leave the country in the ordinary course of operating this website.
• Candidate documents are held in access-controlled storage readable only by the company’s authorised recruitment team — they are not publicly accessible.
• Form endpoints are rate-limited and validated to prevent abuse.
• Access to administrative systems is role-based and password-protected.

4. Sharing of data

No. We do not share, sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone — doing so is strictly against the ethics of the company. Your data remains on our secure servers in Mumbai, India, is used only by Abhishek Integrations Limited for the purposes described above, and is disclosed only where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records. Job applications and candidate documents are stored only until the application is finalised for selection, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Job-alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us as set out below. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
